I need a harness made that will go over my shoulders and be part of a belt that circles my waist. The two straps across my shoulders would keep the belt from falling with I hang stuff on it. Anyone who is able to make something like this, pleas let me know

Almost - I would want it to go over both shoulders, either crossed or straight like suspenders/bracers.
