ummm... if i may make a recommendation my friend, put build into healing points... i made the mistake of putting all my build into skills and ignoring the things necessary to pull off those skills when i first started (in my case it was body since i was a fighter) and i was rather close to useless... ok i was useless... but its just a suggestion...

I would take that 2 build out of body and throw them into healing points.  That would give you (at 1 build for 3 healing points plus your free starting 3 healing points) 9 healing points.

Also, you need to buy each ability at Rank one seperate.  So its one build to learn detect life, one build to learn your first curing ability and so on.

Hmm, I'll have to keep adjusting, I just thought not having body points might not be a good thing, you know the one body point that could save her life, I'll already need to follow around with someone if I don't npc.

Don't worry too much about making your character perfect from the get go. You are currently working blind and you will get a whole new perspective about the game once you come out and play at an event. Make the character that you want to play and if you find that it wasn't what you though were the best choices, we allow you to change anything and everything about that character between your first and second events with no penalty. Many people end up changing things around after their first event because they didn't know what to expect.

And As for needing help in how everything works, there is "New Player Training" every event before the game gets going. I go over game basics and answer questions and do basic demonstrations of how things work. So we can make sure you have a good understanding of anything you are unsure of prior to the start of play.

That isn't to say you shouldn't ask questions now. I'd like to think we have been helpful somewhere in the five pages on this thread.  ;)

I'd still probably need to keep close to someone, so far my current character costume design has no armor, unless you count the soft leather bodice which I doubt.

Hello :)
I play a healer and im still newish i guess. I usually stay away from the fighting as much as i can;im not that good at it. but im usually always around other people who are a lot stronger than me; so im usually well protected from the evil stuff. If I find you next month hopefully we'll get to know eachother and you'll be pretty well protected. Even if that doesnt happen you'll most likely meet some people who'll keep you safe with hardly any problems.
The more healers around the better :)
