The showers are set very as US custom rather than European custom. You will have privacy. Even the out houses with tiolets are separated. The girls are all satlls in Shehaqua. Daddy Allen I can't recall but when Geoff said its like A GS camp he was right. These are state run/owned PA (Commonwealth) lands. Privacy is maintained.

KR does provide hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in the bathrooms, of which there are two stalls (and a urinal) in the mens's showering area . The hand soap dispenser is not for showering use. If you notice that any supplies are low or missing when in the area, please let someone in the kitchen know. They will give you what is needed to restock the area.

Sometimes....
I haven't showered at Camp Sac since I was a wee little girl scout, but i remember it being Cold Water and Cold Water... This might have changed. I do have one girl scout camp memory of HOT Water but cannot recall if it was Camp Sac, Camp Sacy (in south jersey) or Oak Spring.

The water is adjustable... as long as you don't run out of hot water in the tank.
In all seriousness, we do make one request while at Camp Sac - no showers (in the Main Building) during the time during / after Feast. The reason for this is that one shower will drain all the hot water, making it impossible to do the dishes, and leaving people working in the kitchen extra long to compensate, which is unfair to them. No one wants to spend an extra 2 hours working in cold water doing dishes when they could be playing the game!
