Correct. I saved it to my Drive, made a copy and when it opened it was missing quite a bit of info. I did also ask for permission to access the document as well.

What time does registration start? trying to figure pout when we need to leave to make the 12 hour drive.

Check-in usually begins around 6:30 p.m. and the official start time of the event is 9:45 p.m.

One of our group wants to play an engineer and of course he wants to have the bombs. If he made coreless physreps (sticks of dynamite) would they be usable?

Any weapon, whether homemade or ordered, would need to be tested by a Marshal, but I'm leaning toward absolutely.
