I'm Jeff, one of the members of the Card Team here at Knight Realms (we help people create and ensure they have character cards); I should be able to answer a good deal of your questions; if not, a member of our New Player Representative staff should be able to help you if I'm not. Go ahead with your other questions.

Yes, there is no cost to NPC the game and we're absolutely appreciative of anyone who comes out here solely to NPC for us. The reward for NPCing is 1 build and 1,000 Service Points per four-hour shift performed, so depending on when you two are able to show up and how many shifts you're able to do before you have to head out, that's how your reward structure looks.
