Seriously. This is utterly benign. She had a rash on her hands due to clogged pores.

umm this is pretty silly to worry about.  Sounds like she was unclean or at least not cleaning her hands properly.  Could happen to anyone videogame or not. 

Every time I see the title of this post, it makes me think of Dare to be stupid by Weird Al.

So that's what those are on my hands!  Oh man, good to know
