I recall an older version which had more options.  The version in the link seems to be missing a few options.  Still, it's a great little app that allows a person to create pictures of their characters they use for games.

It's called HeroMachine 3.

It was available on UGO.com's archive section. Once a pay app, it's become readily available via the internet.

There are more options and much more goodies.
