I'm wonder why that would cause comment since we live in a country in which private business spends a great deal of money developing food that packages well, rather than tasting good (square/rectangular tomatoes and watermelon come to mind) as well as putting goldfish in platform shoes.
Remember, private enterprise spent more on erectile dysfunction research that it did for breast cancer research. Hey, which one is largely alleviated? Which one kills people? Know your market.
