I have to find the vendor, but there is a candlemaker who sells at NJ fairs who does make black leather scented candles. They are usually the first ones to sell out

Just so all you folks know, Vinnie sent out to the dexcon e-mail list.

OK, so we're in our usual situation with the hotel where success with the National Hyatt reservations line depends on whether you get a human or an alien on the phone.

The point is that we still have plenty of rooms left at the Hyatt for ALL FOUR NIGHTS, so don't let anyone tell you differently. If they do, get a name for us please.

Get your reservations made ASAP - the hotel WILL start running out of rooms soon!

You can make your reservation by calling 973-647-1234 during business hours. The room rate is flat - $109/night. If anyone tells you differently, ask for a name in that circumstance also.

We look forward to seeing everyone in 3 weeks!

I'm staying with my vending team. We tried to get the hotel through the web site, but the web site tells you it's full. You need to CALL the hotel to get the rooms.

I'm also looking for some sort of roommate for part or all of the con.
