I call BS lol. I tilted to both sides, but in the end, the brother who's filming is simply too Johny-on-the-spot and the capture of his brother more than once with perfect timing is just not true to life for me. The only thing that seemed real to me was the mother screaming at the brother. Take a close look at the screen though when he's yelling 'stop betraying me!' There's nothing going on, there's a dropdown menu in the middle of the screen and not much going on otherwise. When I played wow, you could tell from that far you were playing a game, especially in the midst of a dungeon or in pvp. Fail!
I will say that if its setup, its a great idea and they did a great job. If not, squirrelboy needs some serious therapy.
