I thought YHATZEE! translated meant congrats, yay, hallelujah, i didn't steal your gold, run away, more booze, i didn't know she was your sister, we're awesome... 
This is actually one of the reasons that Gypsy isn't a written language, so much depends on inflection. While what we consider the letters Yhatzi or Yhatzee to mean Happy Birthday in this context, it can also mean any of these others.
