Havent tried red, but the blue ones taste pretty wierd. Also, more like 6500% of your B12.

EDIT: They also make those whacked out energy drinks that have like 1200% the daily dose of Vitamin B12 (like 5 hour energy) in red and blue in little bottles and call them health and mana potions. Every time I'm in the LGS I get intrigued and scared. So far the scared has won, but we'll see.

I think the red ones are more like a balanced mix of vitamins, like a "health potion."

Yeah, because Garrosh Hellscream is so cool.
Granted, we have King "Angry Frat Boy" Wrynn, but at least he has a reason behind his angry emo-ness. Garrosh is just an idiot.
