that was not a video i would watch with milk and cookies. Nonetheless it was useful as i have never heard of this series. This fellow with the leather rain jacket an hat, Who is he?

Rorschach, as in the Ink Blot test (i.e. - his mask, if you take a closer look). He's a very... interesting fellow.

Yeah, definitely not a milk and cookies movie. Esp. not when it comes to him.
