Look for a guy around 6'2" wearing purple. Should be easy if he is accompanied by an elf with red hair who is much shorter...

Alright, we got back, it was actually very nice for a free fair. Its a couple of vendors in addition to the normal New Hope crowd, and about 5-10% of the random passerby dressed up in garb. Not bad for a day out.
