There's a motel near by the Moresca Hall, that is not the most fancy thing in the world, but is very, very convenient:

How many times has the Lake Motel changed owners?  Seems like every year, when someone posts up the info, the website has changed because ownership has changed.

They've been consistent since 2009.  That change happened the week of the Ball, and it can take a year or more for the domains to change hands.
