I spoke to Charlie tonight and he has asked me to relate the following information to the KR family:
Charlie is currently being hospitalized at St. Luke's Hospital in Nazareth, Pa. He has a life threatening condition called DVT, or deep vein thrombosis. He is undergoing a treatment to clear the blockage tomorrow. The procedure has a high probability of success and he is in good spirits and hopes to be on his feet soon. He wanted me to post this information and asked for everyone's positive thoughts. He said with a bit of luck he will be back at KR very soon, even if he has to wear a green headband for a while. I will update this information once I speak to him following the procedure.
Please send a few prayers his way in the hopes of a speedy recovery.
