Oopsies, I forgot my In-Game coin (as well as scrolls, prayer, item cards, commodity cards etc.) back at my dorm.

If we have gold in the Bank, could we be allowed to access those savings for gambling tomorrow?
Is coin needed at the Winterdark Ball events?

Your bank should be sufficient. In the past marshals have been available for such things.
