Signs you've been playing KR too long ...

* mixing up your working number with your character number.

*finding a piece of animal on the ground (bird skull, butterfly wing, roots, ect) and quickly snatching it for later use.

*having to honestly explain to a boss what I've been doing on the weekends for two years.

*Immediately casing an old barn for things i could add to the cavalcade the moment i walk in without thinking.

...when you reach for a weapon by your bed if you're woken up by a loud noise.

...when you ask for "ale" when you really wanted some iced tea.

...when carrying a guitar case filled with a bow, arrows, and fake knives on the subway seems like a perfectly normal thing to do.

I once picked up my LARP jacket when about to go out to eat.

When you put a weapon on your belt before leaving your room as a reflex.

When you start seeing KR references in a customer's name or address.
Ex: Ardentfire Ln, Mr. Wonderlich, Mrs. Ilona (Insert surname here)

When your alarm goes off and you wake up with a jolt and out of reflex reach for your sword.

When something is going to hit you and while dodging it you say the word "Dodge".

When you find random gems, coins and spell packets in your drawers and all around your room.

When the large majority of your wardrobe is garb rather than actual every day clothing.

Let's see if I can do this in order of increasing insanity...

1. Shopping trips to the hardware store/thrifts shops shoot up 300% increase as opposed to before KR.
2. Everything you look at makes you wonder "does this look IG enough for my sleeping area?"
3. When playing a table top game/MMO... you start wishing you could do tag skills instead.
4. You start basing what you find attractive in possible girl/boyfriends is if they can LARP with you.
5. Sewing becomes a turn on.
6. Your garb/character clothes outnumber your normal clothes.
7. You STOP WEARING NORMAL CLOTHES.
8. You insist being called your character name instead of your real name by everyone... even your parents.
9. Your parents call you by your character name.
10. You're at Camp Sac so much that pictures of you walking around in a bathrobe are floating on the internet.
11. You move in permanently to Camp Sac & James has to call the cops to chase you away.

How's that???
