You probably don't want to use it for official advertising without getting a the music rights, no.

My original intent wasn't for advertising KR (though I'd totally do so if James asked me to!).

I was bored and snowed in with a laptop and pillows This was just for fun.

If used for parody/satire purposes only... you can thank Hustler Magazine...

Still, the house of mouse isn't known for being very open-minded on it's IP's... play it safe.
