For Those coming to the Event, please let us know you are coming if possible to simplify entry....

And please let us know what you are bringing!! We have burgers and dogs, someone is bringing chicken and we have some side salads (potato and macaroni). Right now a hole is buns for both but that can be dealt with day of.

For those wondering if there is space available (a strange question as there is no cap except for indoor sleep space), of course there is.

COMING!!! With Damian and Reece, but only for the daytime.

It seems like there is a good lack of salty snacks, so I'll bring a bunch of chips

CONCERNING THE FORECASTED WEATHER

Mother Nature is officially drunk.
At this time, five days out, the weather is predicted to be about 40 degrees as a high and mostly cloudy then pretty cold at night…. Whereas the forecast was better a week ago

All that said, provisions are being made to get maximum floor space available for those who cannot camp in the cold. There will be a space heater or two for the garage where folks with polypad/sleeping pads for under sleeping bags can go if it’s too cold to tent. If anyone has a space heater they might wish to loan for this event, it is more than appreciated!
We are not cancelling- too many folks have put in vacation time for this event to do so… so we are doing our best to have places other than tents to sleep in.

Update says record breaking cold temps and possible snow showers. Dress for the weather folks. We have made as much floor space as possible in the house and garage. Cooking fires may become ourside gather around the fire for warmth too. See you all soon.
