It has been reported to Staff that alcohol and other substances are being used at Knight Realms events. Knight Realms has a zero tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs, with no exceptions. If anyone witnesses this policy being broken at a Knight Realms-sponsored event, it must be brought to the Director or another Staff member immediately so that it may be dealt with as quickly as possible. Additionally, the Staff will be visiting areas of the camp at future events to monitor the property for signs of banned substances and activity.
If anyone is found to be breaking this policy, they will immediately receive a written violation on their card. The offender will not earn Build or learn skills for the event and will not be issued a refund. If the reported offense is not the first for the offender, or the violation is considered by the Director and Staff to be particularly drastic, the offender may be asked to leave the premises, be suspended for any number of months, or banned from the game. The severity of the punishment may be increased if any of the following circumstances are involved: underaged drinking or serving alcohol to minors; use of illegal substances; or refusal to accept punishment from or cooperate with a Staff member. This policy replaces any previous existing policies.
In the future, if this is found to be a continuing issue, the game reserves the right to take more drastic measures such as checking unmarked bottles, breathalyzer requests, or notifying authorities. Be aware that Camp Sacajawea, the property belonging to James C. Kimball, is located next to a designated drug-free school zone. Local laws and penalties apply.
The Knight Realms community is full of people of all ages, including families and minors. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all players. Thank you all for helping to keep Knight Realms a fun and safe community.

Character of the Month
Renny Stern as Alander
Alander the Dwarf gets our vote for November. He is continually in character, and reacts strongly to various situations, even with possibly uncomfortable consequences. (Specifically, his very antagonistic opinion of goblins and his interactions with them). We love that, at feast, he RIPPED OFF HIS BEARD to eat, and declared it would grow back by the time he was done. He is also inclusive of newer players in his conversations, something which is very much appreciated. Great job Renny!
