Each merchant and/or business shall present its license to myself or Master Garath upon request. Refusal to do so shall result in loss of privilege to sell goods at Market Faire as well as possible confiscation of goods. As per the clearly printed Trade Regulations on the Baronial Board, loss of license shall result in a one month suspension of privileges to sell goods at Market Faire.
As per the clearly printed Trade Regulations on the Baronial Board, all merchants and/or businesses shall present themselves at 10:30 AM on the morning of Market Faire. At this time, the Chancellor will make announcements or speak on general trade matters, as well as assign tables.
Also at this time, all merchant's and business's information shall be entered into the Guild Ledger.
Those not attending this meeting without any forewarning to the Chancellor will be required to pay a fine of 1 gold piece to the Chancellery of Trade.
For customers, the prices listed below are what you may legitimately expect to pay for goods and services in the Barony of Travance.
Normal Goods: 2-5sp per piece/portion/item. These are items that are easy to import/create.
Moderate Goods: 5-9sp per piece/portion/item. These are items that are moderately difficult to import/create.
High End Goods: 1-2 gp per piece/portion/item. These are items that are extremely difficult to import/create.
If any customer finds a merchant selling products far above the ranges listed above, please report the infraction to the Chancellery of Trade. It will be investigated.
Should anyone have any questions concerning this announcement, please feel free to contact the Chancellery of Trade.
Sincerely,
Lord Rudolf Von Kreutzdorf of Ostcliff

NPC of the Month
Only a select number may have seen his performance, but the December award for NPC goes to Rob Gambino as the Arcanum torturer. In his stellar performance, he made it very clear he was going to give his victims a whole new level of living nightmare, and then after he had his enjoyment at their expense, he might get around to asking them an actual question. It was one of the more frightening scenes at Knight Realms in some time. He was on the ball, incredibly friendly and still incredibly creepy. Just talking with him made you think that you were going to die alone in a tomb with no company except for his own. NPC Honorable Mention goes to Andy B in the unlikely role as the Demon Jester, during main mod. Instead of just being there to be beaten on, he took the role to the next level. He was scary, taunted people, and generally freaked them out.

"You'll find Travance is the place of exceptions. The exceptionally powerful, but also the exceptionally stupid. Sadly, you'll find that usually these two qualities are found in the same person."
