Satyr's Wine

Oi to you lot,

So I can't seem to get a straight answer on this bitty little question of mine.  Is it or is it not legal for a Coast Havian such as myself to own and consume, but not distribute or share, Satyr's Wine?  I've heard a thousand different answers and frankly, I don't want to have to hide in a cellar if I plan to have a wild night unless I absolutely have to.

It is perfectly legal to drink Satyr's wine... what actions you do while on the substance may not be legal thus we ask that you use caution as you will still be held responsible.

It is not legal to give a wild mag Satyr's wine

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it also legal to share Satyr's Wine, under the condition that all parties are aware of what the substance is?

I wouldn't have to ask, but we had an incident last month...

I'd prefer not to have to shoo any more bunnies outside the inn, if I can help it.

Hey; the bunny didn't go outside....so, no harm done, and I got cured anyway. Though I do have to be more careful....that can't happen again especially if I get into the guard.....

My first winter in Travance some two travelers were drinking it on the porch of the inn and telling people they had little dragons around their necks. I heard one of the guardsmen reply  "Yes, He is keeping my neck warm, But please don't stare, Fluffy is a little shy." The two travelers were on their way shortly after that seeking out their own neck dragon. I hope they found the scarfs they were looking for.

Yes it may only be shared if all parties are aware of what they are drinking.
