While I am not a Priest nor a Healer, I do understand trained in combat and that it can be taken in many ways.

For example, do you mean that trained means that they are proficient in a weapon? Or just that they can hold and use some kind of weapon?

I mean one who feels comfortable standing in the defense of Spirits and the Spirit Realm.
