Lord Silverbow already said the Guild Mistress is safe. I trust his word.

Raxas, I trust you. Jacob is not you. He is responsible for his own behavior. If he is going to continue to co-exist with you, he needs to be held to the same standards everyone else in a civilized society is held to. No excuses, no hiding behind other people.
