Here is me, once again owning my words; I used: Question, discuss, protest, speak up and share your viewpoint. I did not use: Refuse.

I'm not a victim, but sounds like you have been one and continue to be one if you have never had free will or the ability to express your own opinions freely. I regret this for you, and I will pray for you. Were you so bereft of compassion all your life that you learned nothing but hate? I can respect people and love people for who they are even though you can't.

Please stop derailing this posting. I simply asked that we do not turn to evil for an answer and try to find another way. I am free to ask, and people are free to REFUSE. I'm no noble after all, and it is a mere plea I made, nothing more. If you have such a personal issue with me, you can always face me in person. I welcome you with open arms.

I would ask we keep the threats and dueling to a minimum. I would rather not waste the guard's time arresting people for foolishness when we are struggling to survive with our integrity intact.

I promise, this is the only scrap of paper I will ruin. The trees are going to be so angry you wasted so much of their energy to build up enough waste that any of you could choke on it and still disagree. Please, discuss this in person. We did not become educated enough to read so we could cause our eyes to bleed from nonsense.

Maybe the concept is escaping me but how exactly will we suffer -more- by being erased?

By my figuring, having our limbs mangled and facing certain doom every few weeks actually is hell. Not existing is kind of like never bein' born. All the babies that were never born don't actually care - do they?

The reason we seem to be wrapped up in this shit seems to be from all the witches and wizards meddlin' again and again and again.

You ever heard of a story called Hyram's Red Shirt? Hyram kept ripping his clothes working in the fields, so he took a bit off this old shirt to patch his other clothes. One day he reached in the closet and there weren't no shirt to find. This magic-meddling has used up our last shirt, a long time ago.

I ain't sayin' we do nothing, but what you all been doing for years and years doesn't seem to have helped nobody any. More folk dyin' now than when you started this mess with your sorcery, going back a decade. For all the holier-than-thou , chin-in-the-air type talking I heard from people who are magical geniuses...all the research they done back then didn't let us know it would come to this , did it?

So stop sayin' this is "Our best and only option". It isn't, you aint half as smart as you figure yourselves to be, and you're doin' nothing but throwin' us small-folk into your hell fires every damn time.

Just let us fight and die on our own terms. Not in some new bargain with a new devil...

I stated before, opinions are important and noted. Take the time to think before you put your quill on parchment for this topic again.

Take your discussion to a table, and drink. There are some that you can talk to directly that will bring your ideas before those that lead us. Just saying no, stamping your foot, and starting an argument makes you look like a child refusing their vegetables. Come up with other ideas, and bring them to people that have the ear of the Baron, or Fiona herself.

If this bickering and dividing of the town goes much further, we will be to busy fighting each other to survive the Nulls or their masters.


This topic should not have to be closed because people can not keep their heads while writing. Speak of new options, not just your distaste for the one you know about. I don't want anymore requests for arrests crossing my desk over this.
