This close to All Hallow’s Eve or Halajh’awen or Galladell’s Watch, I think it is simply safer to have the Harvest Festival during the day.

Ah! What timing! I've just recently refined some of my magical potential, and would love to test my... steel? So to speak.

And who better to spend it with, than Ostcliff! It will be nice to celebrate the fine harvest and succeeding recovery effort in the Land with those whom I've labored with for so many long months.
