I would also like to be informed of this creature.
I've aided Midori helping a family that had suffered terribly because of this creature. I agree with Dunn, if it is true that this creature is the cause. Justice would require that it be stopped - and stopped swiftly.

Harbingers.
Older than the gods, themselves. And they claim to have more power. Given form by the resonance we emit from emotions. This one is from Suffering. The one that latched itself onto me for the better part of nine months was of Fear. Once it takes a host, it slowly drives them mad. Imagine your worst nightmares coming to life. Or the worst pain or anguish you've ever felt being puppeted at will by a creature of such phenomenal cosmic power that all you can do is wait until it is done. All you can do is endure.
Dr. Tobias was the mastermind behind the removal of the Lord of Tears from myself and the others it infected. I suggest going to him right away. He knew a ritual to separate one harbinger from its host. Likely he can do it again.

I will see what I can do about putting together something to contain them. I've learned a lot about Espers in the last year.

Please be careful. He is a big stupid bully and we need to stop him, but he has three brothers. Miss Swyft described the Lord of Tears a little bit, and he feeds on fear. But there's also rage and sorrow. I think Rage scares me the most. From what I've been able to find out, they're tied to specific locations. If we can find those places, maybe we can learn more about what we need to do to stop them.

I've thought of some questions for scholars to look into. Please forward these to your most trusted scholars. Furthermore... If I was able to use faith and science to attract is maybe a similar technique could be used to attract and tether it to an area within a transmutation circle. This is all theory craft for now but as for the questions.
When did the Chain Warden come into exsistence?
If it was at the birth of suffering, what was the event that triggered its creation?
Can we contact Miranda or Fiona see if they know anything? Would it be possible to tap Karkat for information due to his closeness with Miranda?
I will need scholars to look into transmutation circles used for binding as well as alchemical symbols needed. This will also need multiple faiths to accomplish this task.
Thank you,
Dunn Ironwill
