I have you down on my list of those to be auctioned off. Once we have the exact process down for how the auction will go all those who are also interested in auction will receive a missive!
That being said the questionnaire is only necessary for those who are entering matchmaking, I will send you a copy of the questionnaire so you may fill it out to be entered into matchmaking should the auction not prove fruitful.
