We should perhaps not forget that the people that make up the Blazing Sun may be victims of Brainwash, Mind Control, Psionics, and Brain Altering Surgeries.

It would perhaps be tremendously saddening to later learn that the people killed were innocent.
I believe we should investigate the matter further.

Have the physicians of Travance investigated the anatomy of their members?

Have those of which are proficient with the weave and psionsics examined what could be effecting their will?

I understand the work Docter Kristophsky may have done absolutley immoral, yet him surrending can be advantageous to the causes of peace and safety. He could have been mind controlled himself to fulfill the will of Blazing Sun. We may know much and for that I am thankful, but perhaps we don’t know everything hat we should.

If I’m not mistaken, Docter Kristophsky was forced to end his conversation concerning the terms of him turning himself in by the leader of their organization. Maybe he wishes to surrender and can help us stop the hostility. He can perhaps provide us with significant information we may need before acting further.

In other places we have illuminated upon the damage done to many of the cult's minds. I have even brought it up in my latest tirade. Dr. Kristophsky murdered an agent of mine when it was time for him to prove his trust-worthiness. He will not be given a second chance by any extension of my judicial branch. I am done having good men and women die and be mutilated so these scum can have 5th chances.

The official order concerning Dr. Kristophsky as given by Warlord Tartaros and backed by the Barony is as follows:

If it is possible to bring him in alive, do so. This is not for the sake of mercy, but because detailed knowledge of what he has done, and how far his work has spread, can assist us in reversing it.

If it is not possible to bring him in alive, kill him.

He was willing to work with us, but was recalled away. He is, at the moment, more frightened of Samuel Proctor than us, which is saying something. Once Proctor is dead, Kristophsky may come along quietly. The timing may not work out in our favor, hence why this is not an order to bring him in alive at all costs.

Several physicians and psions have been involved in the research so far. I personally dissected some of his experiments. We are searching for ways to cure this. Please understand that just as it took time for Dr. Kristophsky to develop his methods, it will also take time to figure out a cure. As we cannot guaranteed that Dr. Kristophsky will help us, it is important to come up with a way to save them without them.


As Annora stated in another piece of parchment, anyone who would like to assist in this can reach out to us. There is alot of work to be done.

Since you continue, both in these missives and in others, to spout platitudes without much of substance I am compelled to state the following: Do not confuse a refusal to be trampled underfoot with a monster's desire for bloodshed. I say this both as someone who has fought monsters and been labeled as such, principally by the very same zealots you argue in favor of sparing. Why am I labeled as such? Because I was born of lineage that they consider abhorrent and unclean. I have served the Barony of Travance faithfully for more than three years, willingly fighting on the front lines against horrors that sought to end existence itself. I do this willingly and gladly so that those less powerful than myself need never raise weapon in their own defense, so that my beloved wife and infant son need never fear being lashed to a stake and set aflame to satisfy the self-righteous fury of this or any other group that professes to speak with the absolute authority of God.


I know for a fact that you have never seen firsthand what the Blazing Sun is capable of, so how DARE you presume to preach to one such as Victor, who has run his fingers through the ashes of innocent children burned alive at the hands of these degenerates. If you still wish to do so, then I invite you to accompany us onto the battlefield some time. I would willingly risk my life to protect yours if only to see your face as your idealism falls apart around you.

How exactly do you intend to solve the current problem? Would you have us who the Blazing Sun has already labeled as worthy only of death lay down our arms and willingly offer ourselves to the flame? This is easy for you to say, as you do not number among those who must die to fulfill their vision of the world. I do. As do my wife and son. Any man who tells me that I must stand by and allow harm to come to them when I could have prevented such is my enemy, and they will die much sooner than they expect.

I am not interested in any "Moral Phenomena" you might espouse as reasoning for your insistence on continuing to seek nonviolent, pacifist solutions to a problem that has already escalated far beyond words and into the RED QUEEN's domain. After a certain point it moves beyond quaint philosophy and becomes an outright hampering of the war effort, an act I must remind you is akin to treason.

I suggest you not assume or rush a belief concerning what I want and don't want.
I do want all citizens of Travance to be safe.
I don't want death among the people.
I do understand that there was maybe attempts that have failed concerning reasoning with them, but maybe you've failed to understand that reasoning with words may be beyond the level of mind control that has overcome, perhaps, innocent people.
Annora and others, as perhaps previously mentioned, are working on a cure to undo the mind control. I suggest you yield quick judgement, utilize due time to obtain the truth, and be considerate of your words.

I hope, together, we can see a safer Travance.

I may experienced that very moment, when Doctor Kristophsky was recalled.
His, perhaps, inquiry may suggest his willingness to cooperate given he is free from what bounds him to Samuel Proctor.
If we free him he can potentially help us, significantly.

Currently I may be aware of my brother's desire to bring back Doctor Kristophsky alive if possible, if I'm not mistaken.
My messages may convey that Doctor Kristophsky can help us and that may add a heightened value to the order that was issued to bring him back alive, if possible.

for his presence and / or assistance may not be guaranteed

This doesn't mean that we shouldn't simultaneously attempt to save a man that tried to turn
himself in. He could help but we should work to be self sufficient.

Regardless if my statements appeal to one's emotions, they're perhaps, most importantly, potentially correct.
I suggest you value the truth. They may believe such bad things pertaining to your lineage but if you know you truth then maybe you'd understand that your lineage is as clean and equal as any other lineage. I understand that your efforts may have very good intention, to keep safe your loved ones and others, but I would like to inform you that there are perhaps many solutions to a given problem and if bloodshed can be avoided then avoided it should be.

I am saddened to learn of such a cruel experience Victor experienced.
No one should have to experience that.
It difficult to believe that people would commit such acts without first being brainwashed or changed in some way.

My solution to the issue is to work along side those researching a cure and to hopefully obtain such.
If a cure is obtained then the militant force that may exist serving the Blazing Sun may cease to exist.

I would never suggest that you willingly let yourself or anyone be harmed.
I value the safety and well-being of all who live.

My suggestions perhaps aren't counter to the effort to make Travance safe, but instead it may be the most optimal route to obtain such.
