Diplomatic Envoyés

Subjects of Travance,

At this upcoming baronial feast, I will be sending diplomatic envoys to both an encampment of the Dukes forces, as well as an encampment from Coast Haven. The goal of the envoys visiting the Dukes forces will be to negotiate any details that will prove to be beneficial to our cause. The goal of the envoys to Coast Haven will be to discuss recent aggressive movements into the Demon Borrows and dissuade against further advancement on territory that belonged to the Kingdom less than five years ago.

I will be organizing the efforts of those who believe that they can be of service to the Kingdom in these diplomatic missions. I will be collecting below the names of those whom would like to offer their services. Each envoy will consist of between six to eight individuals, and each meeting may last between thirty minutes to an hour. These encampments will see several groups of our envoys, and then will bring the fruits of these discussions back to their superiors whom will determine if a negotiation treaty will be presented.

The envoys to the Dukes forces will deploy Friday night and the envoys to Coast Haven will deploy on Saturday starting an hour after noon. I will request that each volunteer choose one of the two they would wish to focus on, and in the event that there is room in the other, whether you would be willing to do both. Larger groups will be allowed to apply together as long as all names are listed in this fashion together. Individual volunteers will be organized into groups at my discretion. Do not volunteer as an individual if you are also going to volunteer as part of a group.
