Blazing sun research

Sometimes if you come across a substance, further study needs to be done to identify it. When you are in the laboratory and take a direct sniff of the chemicals you are using, you run the risk of damaging your mucous membranes or your lungs. When it is necessary to smell chemicals in the lab, the proper technique is to cup your hand above the container and waft the air toward your face.

Today I learned that further safety protocols need to be used when examining unidentified substances found in any of Krystophsky's labs. If you find a blue glowing vial, don't let any part of it touch you, and especially don't inhale it, because it's an airborne pathogen.

I unfortunately was unable to make it back from the battle lines in time for this expedition. Would anyone be able to give me a full, detailed, account of what happened?

Im not sure any one of us knows everything since the lab was very large and we mostly split up. I know, for example, that I saw scenes from both Mother Mary's past and Father Harem (Herem?)'s past. I also found papers detailing dissections of angels of various light gods. I do know, however, that Joanna's psionic form has been discovered by the Doctor and likely her father. She appeared to us while we walked through the lab and seemed to be as herself as normal. However, at a certain point, her psionic form seemed to be overcome by pain and she was compelled to released captive celestials that then proceeded to try to kill us all. I saw marks appear on her that indicated electroshocking was occurring at that point in time and discovered she was awake- she can now be in her psionic form while awake. It is my belief (and was confirmed by Heimdall) that they know about her psionic form, discovered she was helping us in the lab, compelled her to betray us, and then proceeded to still torture her to try to turn her. I connected with her mind very briefly and my concept of friend and foe was immediately altered with regrettable side effects. I can only imagine what state she is in now.

They have upped the ante so to speak.

I've got this tray thing that WAS holding Celestial blood in it. The blood all kinda evaporated but I wanna try and poke at it to see if there's maybe any residual god stuff and see if it's only Light gods he was messing with or if we have anything else to worry about.

The celestial abomination things we ran into looked like he just kinda rummaged around for parts and went "This will do!" They were still strong and uh... well the lab is sealed off but we estimated about 40 or so of them in there. Not sure how long that's gonna hold them so we might want to obliterate that area just in general to keep those from becoming a problem. Even when Caelvan and I tried to stealth into one of their enclosures it saw us and almost killed us if we hadn't been quick enough to go back the way we got in.

As of right now the only way that people SHOULD be able to get in is sealed tight, locked by Hiemdall and reinforced with, golem glue(?). Only way in there would be a lot of time to dissolve that and just bypassing through the cracks in the wall.

If you need to get in there for any reason let me know. I can get you in. But I wouldn't go without a lot of back up plans to deal with the freed experiments.

If anyone is planning on entering the lab now they should be fully aware of the dangers contained within. Father Ephram conducted a thorough inspection of one of the caged celestials, and according to him it had the durability of at least sixty Warriors such as myself. Some time later we were set upon by at least five of them. Each blow they struck was devastating and they were able to overwhelm our defenses in seconds. Had Ephram not been ready with his rune of passage we would have both been killed.

Should you decide to return, either bring strong warriors and stay together for support, or move quickly and remain unseen. Either way, be sure you have the means to escape quickly.
