He still has the third... doesn't he?

Nalick,
His first wish is how he got the Esper. His second was this thing with his Empire. The third was how he escaped obliteration, wishing for freedom, which the Djinn reinterpreted as killing him and freeing his spirit, so it could be resurrected later. At least that's what I heard. He has no more wishes.

Eden,

If the man is truly dead as you say, I have several questions
1. Where did you learn this information?
2. Where does his body lay
3. What would this mean for his trial (assuming it has not already occurred, I have been preoccupied with other matters of late)
If he is indeed dead,
1. Can he, indeed, be resurrected? As In A. Would it be possible, B. Would it be a simple matter, and C. Do we Travancians in any capacity desire it?
and
2. What has happened/would happen to this Djinn once the three wishes have been granted?

**Not Caelvan**
Anyone please correct me if I am wrong

1: I found this out from a monthly report of events, as well as hearing about it from other townsmembers
2: From what I've heard, rocks crushed him and he died during his trial in "Cell Zero"
3: I am not a member of the Law so I can't answer this question

1:The Duke most likely has what we would call a "Heroic Soul" I would say he could be resurrected. Let us also not forget that Travancians aren't the only people capable of resurrection. I am sure there is more than 1 in his "Empire" capable of such a task.
2:If I remember correctly(It's been a while), Djinn "vanish" and wait to be "found" by a new person.

He has already been resurrected. I briefly touched his mind a few days after his escape to confirm.

((Message is tacked onto the board by a Winterdark Messenger))

1- I was present at Lucious Balliol's sentencing (it was not a trial as his punishment was already decided as obliteration). Therefore, I can attest to the events.
2- His body was 6 stories underground in the catacombs (not cell zero), where the sentencing was taking place and his power was the most subdued. But is no longer there, since he previous body is destroyed when a new one is created via resurrection.
3- Lucious Balliol's crimes remain, thus his punishment remains obliteration. The sentencing was merely so he could admit to his crimes, to bring closure to the affected families of those lost to his atrocities, as well as attempt to prevent further bloodshed by having him sign a declaration which he ripped to pieces prior to his final wish.

Indeed he died by making his final wish from his Djinn; of freedom.
1- He can be and has been resurrected. Possible, simple and doesn't matter if we desire it or not. What is done is done. He has gotten his wish and is once again free.
2 - As it announced, the Djinn no longer serves Balliol as its master and has returned to hiding, until found again by a new master.

Post if you have more questions, a messenger will alert me and I will respond to the best of my ability.
May the light guide your paths and keep you safe.
