Lost Elven Race

Last moon, several individuals entered a portal to the past this portalwas decidedly evil and felt created from a lych. The city where we ended up is unknown except to say it does not exist or is unknown in our modern age. Upon arriving we found ourselves in a room witnessing an argument between two elves, whom appeared to be of a type none of us had ever seen before. One of these was named Ophelia, she appeared concerned over what the other woman was going to do and stated it would destroy them all. The woman stated she did not care, what mattered was Ophelia. The other woman eventually left the room, and we had a chance to speak with Ophelia.
It became clear that we needed to try and save Ophelia and the city or whatever fate befell them in the past would prevent them from existence in our time. Ophelia struggled to answer some of our questions but it became clear that she needed the other elf's wands, several of us turned our attention there, someone perhaps can discuss more of the conversation with Ophelia. In examining the wand, it was difficult to handle, at best and not something that we could readily deal with in that moment.
I was able to obtain something from Ophelia and through this, I have located another portal. I intend to find this portal with some that went with me to find what lurks at the end of this portal. If you think you have ideas, or can provide assistance please write below. We leave soon as possible. I do not know how long this portal will stay where it is, I intend to continue to monitor it.
I will say that we do not know what will be on the other side, this portal looks to resemble much like the last one did and that was a portal created by a lych. In order to get to that portal we needed to fight quite a number of undead, so I do caution anyone that offers aid.

How many lost Elf races are there??? How do they keep getting lost?!

Moon Sun Shadow, why are there no lost human or Nyad races? Do elves have bad sense of direction?

They aren't lost physically. The knowledge of them are lost to time. Theoretically I believe there could be up to 13-14 different races of elves(someone correct me if I am wrong). We only know of six.
