What Seems to Be Endless Screams

So if you've all yet to notice, People are dying. Whoever is responsible got so arrogant they left the corpse outside the Boar Tusk Inn.
Now I'm not writing this to tell people to do their jobs but if something isn't done soon many more weak might die.
I'm just voicing my concern for the town.

It has not gone unnoticed. Any who are willing to help with my nightly patrols, as posted elsewhere, are welcome. And any who feel unsafe traveling at night are welcome to send me a missive for an escort to be arranged. I have made these facts public and available to all. How many lives must be lost before people step forward to assist me in my endeavors?

At the moment it seems like at least two. There will most likely be more at this rate too. They're getting more comfortable and confident. They already have a motif that is nothing like most of you or myself have ever seen.
If this town mostly consists of locals than they might be someone in your own town or they might be foreign forces. Given the amount of war Gaaldron, Kormyre and the Pig Pen across the rift is dealing with maybe it's someone or something from the war front.
If so you're going to need more than just a nightly patrol.
This might only be the beginning of a nightmare everyone.
