Awards for April, 2010

  • Paetros Yhatzi

April’s award for Player Character goes to Michael Pucci as Paetros. Michael’s portrayal of a very realistic Argentian Barovi has been something we’ve been taking note of for the past few months. He puts a fresh twist on the race that is a bit darker than normally seen and it is a pleasure to role-play with him. This month he not only kept up to his own high standards, but his emotion when dealing with the wild mage child was compelling. Awesome job Michael!

  • Jacqueline Bryk as Eva the Wild Mage

Jacqueline Bryk for her portrayal of Eva the young Wild Mage girl wins NPC for April. She played the role of a young girl very well. She was afraid and emotional while still being curious, just as a young girl surrounded by so much would be. Jacqueline managed to rally a large group of players to her side and they all protected her from her would-be executioner. Her one-on-one RP with Paetros was so intense; they both got our attention this month. Kudos for the great job!

  • Steve Bukovsky and Joe Bondi

Steve Bukovsky has been a huge help to James since late last year when he returned to Knight Realms. At the end of every event he has attended, he’s helped James when James needed it the most. At the very end, when we are all in a hurry and want to go eat and socialize, Steve has been there to pack and organize the trailer. Thanks Steve! Joe Bondi also gets the player award for April. Yes, it is his job to run the charity fund raisers, but this month Joe really went above his normal work. He spent months organizing, collecting, contacting the Culinary Institute of America to set up the scholarship and talking to Morgan’s family. At the event, he took several hours out of his personal time to walk around and “tour Travance” with Morgan’s father and their family friend. Thanks Joe, you make it easier for us to come together and help a good cause.

  • Alisandria State House & Winterdark Manor

There were a lot of really great cabins this month making it difficult to decide, so we’d like to give two awards. Both Alisandria and the Winterdark state houses were very well done. The players staying in these places made their sleeping areas and meeting rooms awesome. It was easy to stay in game. All OOG coolers, crates, etc. were hidden away or made to look like IG chests. All of the players staying there were constantly picking up OOG packages, etc, keeping everything neat as well. Thanks for making the atmosphere better for everyone.
