If Zach/Tobar wins to raffle, he can develop his own promo skill called "Gypsy Time!"  It'll function like hammer-time and when he calls it, everyone has to "Stop!" and do that stupid side-to-side tip-toe dance in parachute pants.

i will really need to work on my Rping in order to keep a straight face around MC Ritchie from now on lmoa. that is one of the worse visual images i've had stuck in my head for a long time.
