Re: Blur, I think that was an oversight. All protections are intended to follow their normal rules. So perhaps we should just remove that one.

For Fate of Guidance

Learn one skill without a teacher. (This is the only Fate that can be purchased anytime during the weekend. Lower List only, cannot open new lists. We reserve the right to deny any lore or lit skill.)
Cost: 500 SP per Build cost of skill

to use this fate one must also have the necessary pre-requisite skills and enough unspent build to purchase the skill correct?

Correct. This does not change any of the other rules of learning the skill, only the need for the teacher.

Fate of Lesser Supply does not mention Ceremonial components, while Fate of Lesser Supply does. Was this intended?

Fate of Lesser Supply: 20 Generic Components (Alchemy or Sorcery), or 100 Units of Basic Materials (1 Full Item Card).
Cost: 500 SP

Fate of Greater Supply: 5 Units of Alloy, Enigmatic, or Arcane Materials or 2 Rare Sorcery or Ceremony Componants
Cost: 2500

follow up ? for fate of guidance. is it allowed to purchase more than one instance of this fate.. for diffrent skills, and of course provided the player's character has enough sp, unspent build and any and all pre-requisites
