Us Rochester people are willing to help with set-up if we are there.

Does this mean that there won't be camp work happening? I had planned on coming up to help out in the next couple weeks.

Camp Work will still be happening, however the dynamics around it will have to be a bit more riged. Each day I should not have more than one or two extra people, and they should stick with me and Ron more or less at all times. Also I really shouldn't have people staying overnight when the day camp is there. Basically text me or leave a voice mail for me the day before you are thinking of coming up to work, and I will contact you back to let you know wether to come up or not, and if we are working on a project.

Any day from Sunday the 10th, you can arrange to transport the tractor and my cart to Sac and tell me when you want me to arrive.

I would like to bump this topic and remind everybody that our usual check-in time and lay-on time are NOT being altered, since we have always aimed to have our opening announcements around a little before 10:00pm it gives us 5 hours from the time we can begin setting up until the time that the game begins.

If you can lend a hand, I will be waiting in the parking lot to help assign people to tasks to quickly and efficiently set the camp up so that we can check in and begin playing at our normal scheduled time.  It is only through the efforts of our community that we can avoid any hiccups for the next few months and keep everything running smoothly.

Feel free to PM me if you know you will be on site around 5:00pm.  I will be using my vehicle to transport the heavier props from the trailer to the Inn and Logistics.  So again, I thank you all, the Knight Realms community for your efforts to assure our set up will go smoothly for the next few months.
