Nothing has changed in that regard - the text you are thinking of is in the Dispell spell / prayer, which has not changed.

This has been updated in the 2012 edition of the Rulebook.

How will the change in the Concentration Trait affect Commune with Nature which would now require two uses to get answer to a question?
