2012 Alt Event – Alok Malagan

/Bump on character submission. Please do this right now if you haven't already.

Lay-On
Lay on will be 10 PM FIRM, Start time has to be 10pm and EVERYONE has to be there before the game can start. If you do not believe that you will be able to achieve this requirement you must try to PM us ahead of time so we know what group will be starting late. Keep in mind that if you have make-up and costuming, it must all be done so start early enough to be done and ready in time. Opening Ceremonies will take place in the inn where it normally does, but we will then take everyone to their respective starting spots before calling the lay-on.

Change-over
When the event changes over from alt to normal, we will not be redecorating the buildings. Soooo for example, the monastery will still look like a mad scientist lab...umm...just roll with it please, you guys are good enough role-players to overcome that obstacle.

Undead Resurrection
Upon death, an Undead would dissipate into the ground, leaving behind all their belongings and the body would return to the Hunchback at the Laboratory.

Thrall Resurrection
Upon death, a Thrall would dissipate into the ground, leaving behind all their belongings and the body would return to the Hunchback at the Laboratory.

Netherhealing
An Undead as a Healer heals as per the Healing Rules EXCEPT: Any Undead with a Healing ability via any source (Healer, Priest/Cleric, Druid, ect…) except Alchemical, is able to ONLY heal other Undead, and will yield NO EFFECT to any living being.

Thrall Ash Mark
All Thralls bear a mark of Ash down their arm that signifies their position as Slaves to the Vampires. This mark is due to ancient blood magic utilized by the Vampire Lords and will cause any attempt to assault a Vampire Lord to be met with extreme pain and the inability to enact any offensive assault. This will NOT stop the Thralls from attacking other Thralls, Undead or Maldavians, only Vampires.

The Dinner Bell
All Thralls are WELL aware that upon the ringing of the Bell, they must all report to the Main Hall for assignments. It is common knowledge to the Thralls and Undead that anybody found to be missing at the ringing of the bell will be hunted down by Fearsome and Powerful Reavers, Creatures of the Vampire Lords who are vicious monsters. (oog, the bell by the monastery will be rung 5 times, then 4, then 3, then 2, then once, all in the span of five minutes. after the last ringing, the reaver is set loose and you are only safe if you are new the bell or the feeding pit)

Control Greater Undead
If used on a PC Undead, this spell will yield a result as per Turn Undead (Will cause the PC Undead to flee in terror for 60 seconds, unable to look upon the caster.)

What happens to a Maldavian upon death?

That was left blank as it is a find out in game.

Big Reminder

There are 3 hours left to send your alt-event cards or correction in. If I do not have them by 6pm then the window is closed and I apologize. Please please please, if you have not gotten confirmation via email from me saying you were good to go, check your email as there likely was an issue with your card. If you have forgotten to email your card or you aren't sure. E-mail it now!

I don't want somebody to miss out because they forgot so please everybody, get your builds in!

Thank you everybody who got your characters in on time. The printing is finished and sitting ready for the event. I will not be accepting any more pre-reg characters but fear not, there are pre-generated character sheets available at the event for anybody who is showing up on a whim or did not get a character in on time.
