I do not believe there will be a Fence, however James will comment further if I am misunderstanding. Commodity cards can be collected (and all your Alt. Loot that is NOT on a card marked "Alt Event" or with an expiration date of "Alt Event" is transferable to your main PC!)

Are you able to use Fates at the Alt event, and if so do they then carry over to normal characters once the alt plot ends?

In past Alt Events, we have allowed this. Unless James' says differently, yes.

Also we will need regular full time NPCs as well, so if you wanted to NPC the event, that is welcome and needed.

I've heard at past Alt Events that you can play your regular character on Sunday, is this true? If so, do we have to pay for our character, and if we don't have to can we make a new character for sunday and would we have to pay to make the new character?

I know that is a very long string of questions. Sorry. :-)
