Thank you for the tip Josh, and thank you for the offer to help Tom. I am going to give Able Paint & Hardware Co. a call, and see if they have it in stock.
If they do, I will pick it up tomorrow between classes.... if that lead is a dead end, I will keep looking. If all else fails though, the help would be much appreciated
- I am going to give it my best try to acquire some first though.

Quite honestly, your best bet is to suck up the shipping cost and just order it online. I know I've scoured stores looking for it and came up with very little luck. The amount you pay in gas is not worth finding that one niche shop.
hardware.hardwareandtools.com/tools/Fros...%20Pipe%20Insulation
This is where I would order from.

This is a fact I learned too well. I even had a hardware store special order it and it still cost me more than if I did it myself.

Quick question regarding the sizing, am I comparing the PVC pipe to Iron or Copper pipes?
I have both 1/2" and 3/4" PVC pipe, and I don't know if I am buying to spec for iron or copper pipe.
