Its a family tradition to root for the Giants. I really don't care for football, but I watched every minute of that game, and I may even try to follow their season next year. Plus I get to throw it in my coworkers' face.
Yeah GIANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was easily one of the most enjoyable football games (not even Super Bowl games, just football games) that I've seen in years. That 35 yard pass where Eli had 2 Pat's guys grabbing his jersey and he shook them and made an awesome throw to Tyree who caught the ball ON HIS HELMET was incredible. If you doubted that the Giants were going to win the game after that play, then you're a dreamer. They clearly wanted to win that game so much more then the Patriots did.
Also, before that last drive I was hoping someone on the Giants D got MVP (Jason Tuck or Osi Umenyiora (sp?) immediately jump to mind) but after that last drive I immediately shifted gears to giving to little Eli. For a guy who can't seem to keep his mouth closed for longer then 5 seconds (seriously, look at sideline pictures of him...his mouth is always gaping) he took charge of the game and lead them to victory like a seasoned pro.
On a final note, while Eli lead the offense down the field for the game winning touchdown, the defense played absolutely phenomenal football for the entire 60 minutes. They had Brady so flustered and out of sync the entirety of the game that he was throwing some nasty looking passes, and that is not Brady's normal style. They learned well from when the Eagles played the Pats earlier in the season: rush Brady early and often and you'll win the game. That and have one of the best defensive lines in the game...Strahan may be getting up there in years but damn is he still quick for a guy his size.
Kudos Giants fans, next year it's the Cowboys turn.
P.S.
Who else winced when Alford ran free and CREAMED Brady on one of the last plays of the game. I actually thought Brady broke many ribs and had a deflated lung after that one. Yikes, what a hit.
