Food for Moresca Ball

I have 1.5 boxes of plastic flatware (all 3 kinds) to bring.  Charlie, I'll verify exact amounts when I get home tonight.

Are they the clear kind, which look sort of good.  We try to stay away from the white "everyday" plastic for the ball. 

We need 150 forks, to be safe and half that amount of spoons and knives.

I could bring Scallop potatoes (sliced potatoes cooked with cheese) I could bring one dish with bacon and another without to appease all the tater lovers.

sound like a plan?

Change "could" to "will" and I will list it.

I apologize, but I must remove my offer to bring my sweet chili.  The logistics of making it have become more complex as my schedule for this week becomes increasingly full.

I will be bringing some BBQ St. Louis Ribs and Pulled Pork.  PM is being sent to you now Charlie.
