In that case, it sounds like we're going to need to get started! We're doing smoky and a teriyaki, looking to experiment with a spicy pepper or siracha, and were taking suggestions while its hot.

Aiming to do chili this month and/or November, so I'll mention more details when its ironed out. Thanks for the support from both of us!

Deer Jerky is to me what Twinkies are to Tallahassee. Just bring me a deer and a chainsaw. I'll tell you when to stop.

On a related note, would he be willing to sell cuts of meat? I could definitely go for some tenderloin and chops.

I will inquire when I get home tonight. Only trouble would be storage- I do not belong to a land with electricity, nor have access to a fridge. Other than that, I shall ask about the cuts.
