Given the only Apple product in the photo (the OS running on the non-Apple hardware) is Photoshopped... FAIL. The dude in the background isn't even wearing an Apple shirt.

Maybe... it lacks the "iAssassin" label. (As opposed to the Assassin Pro, which looks like a brushed aluminum Vince.)
