Unless there's some Kormyrian lingo hidden in this missive I'm not privy to, it would seem the Church of Kormyre is in conflict with the church based here in Travance.
If this man is indeed a murderer I cannot in good faith spare the use of force in bringing him in. I can and will attempt to use as little force as necessary to do so, but will not abide murder of the innocent under the guise of righteous zeal.

Be aware, you're disobeying the request of a Lieutenant of the guard if you attempt to capture this man by force. Also, force will prove markedly ineffective. Billiam and myself were unable to subdue him at length during the course of last feast, and Sir Cinder came over to try to talk some sense into the templar in question We talked a bit, and then he flew away with angel's wings. I think we need to think work first with our brains, then our words, then our blades. A long talk and gentle persuasion is far more likely to bring this man to justice than simply trying to strike him down.
