The Lieutenant of the guard is not in a position to give orders in this manner. This man is wanted for murder and is dangerous. Mr. Eicks is well within his right to use force if need be. He also have every right to attempt to collect this bounty. We are all subject to the Kings decree. I do recommend however that you do all in your power to respect Lieutenant Coopers wishes and try to incapacitate this man if need be. He is or was a man of the cloth after all.

It would appear valos still favors him. The people he killed were servants of the followers of darkness, though not evil in and of themselves, if my recollection of the discussion holds. We tried to get him to come along, but he said his work was not done yet, and left by the method I previously mentioned.
