Baronial Railroad Project

My name is Fenris, and I may be able to serve as a go-between my fellow Northmen prove to be rather stubborn and skeptical. I spent a good bit of time in Coasthaven where I became familiar with steam powered ships. I see the benefits to this "train" and can explain them to my comrades who are naturally more skeptical than Me. One question that needs to be answered is what to do about protecting these "train"s from the monsters that attack Travance often. I intend for this post to mean no disrespect to you Mr. Sterling or to Seneschal Maxwell, I am for this project completely and plan on aiding in it's construction in any way I can.

My only concern for when this project is complete, is ensuring no laws are being broken on them. Being able to keep the people that work on it and possibly traveling on it safe, as well as the items being transported. Will Guardsmen be posted on this train every day to ensure said things are being done?

I will not reitterate that which has been brought up before but will instead suggest that we might wish to look into expediting a rail system to Travance rather than around within Travance first. Exports and imports using the established road system perhaps along side the road system to minimize impacts and see what may come from such endeavors. Using the Kings Roads as a jumping off point. A single in and out for proof of this planned and work on something smaller within each area with the Lords individual permission.
